I thrive on stepping out of my comfort zone. Complex situations that require the analysis of multiple factors are my favorite playground! Whether in my personal or professional life, I have always embraced challenges with enthusiasm and determination. I have a calm temperament and maintain composure regardless of the circumstances.

Imagine: crossing the Pacific on a sailboat, climbing majestic peaks, scuba diving into underwater caves, being dropped off in the backcountry by seaplane with your mountain bike and tent, or traversing glaciers. These adventures have shaped my worldview and strengthened my planning, analytical, teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving skills.

 

In my professional career, I have been able to successfully negotiate several collective agreements, guide companies through periods of transition, lead reorganizations, implement new IT systems or processes, develop departments, and conduct complex investigations related to harassment complaint or workplace labour relations. I have also trained numerous participants to enhance their skills in various areas.
